fell-oryx provides guided walking tours in urban areas of the United Kingdom. Our services include scheduled group tours and private bespoke experiences. All tours are conducted by qualified and knowledgeable local guides.
Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to availability. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you to confirm availability and provide payment instructions.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour time are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions or insufficient participants, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Participants must be able to walk for the duration of the tour on potentially uneven surfaces. Please inform us of any mobility requirements or health conditions at the time of booking so we can advise on tour suitability. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, other participants, and members of the public. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the tour or endangers others, without refund.
Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted during tours. Commercial photography or recording requires prior written consent. By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for our promotional purposes.
fell-oryx accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during tours except where caused by our negligence. We strongly recommend that participants have appropriate travel insurance. Tours proceed at participants' own risk.
